We are seeking a Technical Trainer to join our Operations team. This pivotal role will design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs, building capability within our workforce and supporting the safe, effective, and efficient operation of our water treatment plants. Note we are flexible on your location, with opportunity to be based out of one of our sites in Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, or Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities and what to expect
Develop, design and deliver in-house technical training programs on Osmoflo’s water treatment plants and processes.
Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for employees and clients.
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs, create tailored programs, and maintain accurate training records.
Ensure all training content reflects the latest plant technologies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, driving continuous improvement.
Foster a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture across all learning initiatives.
About you
Qualifications & Experience
“Train the Trainer” certification (Essential).
Trade qualification or relevant Water industry qualification.
Strong background in technical training delivery, ideally in water treatment or wastewater treatment.
Knowledge of desalination, industrial water treatment, and membrane technology.
Hands-on experience with the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
