Osmoflo is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to take charge of onsite construction and installation activities across major industrial, mining, and water treatment projects. Job Description
What your day may look like:
Supervise day-to-day assembly activities in the workshop or at the site.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to understand job requirements and timelines.
Managing subcontractors, site teams, and resource allocation.
Interpret technical drawings, fabrication sketches, and welding symbols.
Allocate work and resources efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
Monitor all aspects of the builds (e.g assembly, fabrication and welding processes to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and consumables.
Maintain accurate records of production output.
Address and resolve any assembly -fabrication-related issues both in the workshop or Site.
Jumping on the tools as required with some fly in fly out site attendance.
Driving a culture of zero harm, safety compliance, and construction excellence.
Essential Position Requirements:
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in fabrication and assembly, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical documents.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with quality assurance and safety protocols.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Trade Certification or relevant trade qualifications preferred.
Desirable Requirements:
Knowledge of CNC machines or modern fabrication technology.
Experience in both workshop and on-site project environments.
Familiar with ISO standards and quality systems.
