As we continue to expand our reach and influence in the industry, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to play a crucial role in the effective management, development, scheduling, and reporting of Maintenance Activities on assets across Australia. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as other Maintenance Planners, Asset Engineers, Process Engineers, Service Technicians, and external service providers to ensure optimal performance of our assets.

Job Description
What your day may look like:
Plan and schedule plant-specific maintenance tasks for assigned assets, communicating effectively with site personnel.
Assist in the development and implementation of CMMS packages for new assets.
Prepare work packs for significant non-routine maintenance projects.
Monitor site performance and ensure timely completion of scheduled work orders.
Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative obligations within CMMS planning.
Maintain accurate data and produce monthly reports on maintenance activities.
Provide training and support to service technicians on CMMS usage.
Conduct regular site visits to assess plant conditions and effectiveness of maintenance activities.
Essential Position Requirements:
Practical experience in maintenance delivery and planning and experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Ability to interpret equipment documentation and develop maintenance activities accordingly.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Current Australian Driver’s License
Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate to operating sites.
Desired Skills and Experience
Desirable Requirements:
Conversant in ISO 55000 and ISO 55001 standards.
Trade Qualification with extensive post-trade experience.
Hands-on experience in membrane plant operation and maintenance.
