Osmoflo is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to take charge of onsite construction and installation activities across major industrial, mining, and water treatment projects. Job Description
What your day may look like:
Leading site-based construction tasks from planning to commissioning
Managing subcontractors, site teams, and resource allocation
Overseeing construction quality, safety, scheduling, and cost performance
Acting as the on-site client liaison, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Contributing to project close-out and continuous improvement initiatives
Driving a culture of zero harm, safety compliance, and construction excellence
Supervise multidisciplinary site works (civil, mechanical, electrical)
Jumping on the tools as required with some fly in fly out site attendance
Essential Position Requirements:
7+ years’ experience in industrial/mining/commercial construction
Water treatment or infrastructure project experience
Experience supervising projects worth $5M+
Strong technical skills in construction supervision
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage cost tracking, scheduling, and contractor performance
Familiarity with multidisciplinary environments (pipework, electrical, instrumentation)
Qualification in Mechanical, Civil, or Project Engineering (or equivalent experience)
