We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Asset Engineer to join our growing Burton team and contribute to our continued success and growth.
Reporting to the Manager, Assets, you will be responsible for providing Technical support for the effective management of Water Treatment Assets across Australia and the Pacific. This position plays a key role in the Osmoflo Asset Management Team, maintaining our Asset Management system, supporting critical operational processes, and assisting in audits to meet ISO 55001 requirements.
Job Description
What your day might look like
Establishing new Water Treatment Assets as they come online and support ongoing Operations and Maintenance of Assets in the field.
Development and execution of Asset Management Plans and Maintenance Strategies.
Act as central point of contact for critical system faults, operational issues, and assist in troubleshooting and resolution.
Action annual Asset Management deliverables as part of Osmoflo’s ISO 55001 Asset Management certification
Record incidents and non-conformances and review plant failure modes. Develop and refine strategies to reduce consequences and frequency of equipment failure.
Contribute to a culture of innovation by actively seeking and developing solutions that improve business performance and drive efficiency.
Engage regularly with teams across the organisation , including Operational Managers and Service Technicians.
Skills and Experience
Engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience in maintenance in a critical infrastructure or industrial environment
5 years of experience in a similar role within Asset or Maintenance Management
Working knowledge of ISO 55001.
Ability to solve problems independently and take initiative.
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and use of CMMS
