Osmoflo is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our National Operations and Maintenance Group. In this role, you will provide technical and process engineering support for the operation of water plants under our management. This includes conducting process investigations, troubleshooting, optimizing plant performance, and participating in HAZOP, process audits, and assessments.

Job Description
What your day may look like:
Develop, review, and report on operational and process KPIs to enhance plant performance.
Monitor plant performance, identifying and addressing emerging issues.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide solutions that ensure plants operate within KPIs
Represent Osmoflo on client premises for process audits, asset audits, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and O&M management plans.
Prepare and review monthly reports for assigned plants in line with contract requirements.
Identify and develop innovative ideas to advance Osmoflo’s technical capabilities.
Provide technical advice to management and operating departments.
Foster a culture of innovation and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Essential Position Requirements:
Degree in Chemical Engineering.
2-5 years of technical and/or operational experience in the water sector, preferably in membrane water treatment and desalination.
Sound understanding of Reverse Osmosis, Nano/Micro/Ultra Filtration systems.
Ability to use SCADA to diagnose issues in real-time.
Available to travel to water plants as required.
