We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Apprentice to assist our Fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain further hands-on experience and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting electrical installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in industrial settings.
- Have a general knowledge of schematics, and technical drawings to understand the layout of electrical systems and components.
- Under supervision, you'll help install wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and other electrical components according to specifications.
- Testing equipment to verify electrical circuits, identify faults, and troubleshoot issues in electrical systems.
- Able to carry out site work from time to time.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed.
Essential Position Requirements:
- Certificate II in Electrotechnology or other relevant electrical qualifications, IE 2nd of 3rd Year electrical apprentice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with reliability and punctuality.
- Current Drivers Licence.
