What You'll Be Doing

Throughout the 2 year program you'll have opportunities to:

  • Work on cutting-edge water treatment technologies
  • Support the design and delivery of water treatment plants
  • Visit operational sites across metropolitan and remote locations
  • Collaborate with Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and Process Engineers
  • Conduct testing, analysis and problem solving activities
  • Assist with project delivery, reporting and procurement activities
  • Contribute to research and development projects in Osmoflo's innovation facility, The Edge
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that drive business performance
  • Build professional relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders

Who We're Looking For

You'll have:

  • A recent Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Internship, vacation work or industry experience (desirable)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for innovation and continuous learning
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A commitment to safety and quality
