As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our National Operations & Maintenance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a maintenance professional who enjoys planning, asset management, data analysis and working collaboratively with operational teams to maximise reliability and performance across a diverse portfolio of water treatment assets.

Job Description

About the Role

You will play a key role in maintaining and improving Osmoflo's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring efficient maintenance planning, scheduling and reporting across company-owned, client-owned and rental assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining preventative maintenance plans and schedules
  • Managing work order planning, backlog reviews and scheduling activities
  • Supporting Service Technicians in the effective use of the CMMS
  • Establishing and maintaining asset registers and maintenance strategies
  • Monitoring statutory maintenance compliance and critical maintenance activities
  • Producing maintenance performance reports and analytics
  • Contributing to maintenance review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting CMMS implementation and optimisation projects
  • Maintaining technical asset documentation and records
  • Conducting site visits to assess asset condition and build relationships with operational teams
  • Ensuring maintenance activities align with safety, quality and compliance requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential

  • Experience working with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Experience in preventative maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Practical maintenance planning and maintenance delivery experience
  • Experience preparing and maintaining maintenance plans and reports
  • Ability to interpret technical equipment documentation and manufacturer recommendations
  • Strong analytical, reporting and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of maintenance and asset management principles
  • Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate as required

Highly Regarded

  • Trade qualification with significant post-trade experience
  • Experience with ISO 55000 / ISO 55001 asset management systems
  • Experience delivering CMMS training to operational personnel
  • Experience in remote or regional operational environments
  • Experience maintaining fixed plant assets and infrastructure
