This is an exciting opportunity for a maintenance professional who enjoys planning, asset management, data analysis and working collaboratively with operational teams to maximise reliability and performance across a diverse portfolio of water treatment assets.
Job Description
About the Role
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving Osmoflo's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring efficient maintenance planning, scheduling and reporting across company-owned, client-owned and rental assets.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining preventative maintenance plans and schedules
Managing work order planning, backlog reviews and scheduling activities
Supporting Service Technicians in the effective use of the CMMS
Establishing and maintaining asset registers and maintenance strategies
Monitoring statutory maintenance compliance and critical maintenance activities
Producing maintenance performance reports and analytics
Contributing to maintenance review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting CMMS implementation and optimisation projects
Maintaining technical asset documentation and records
Conducting site visits to assess asset condition and build relationships with operational teams
Ensuring maintenance activities align with safety, quality and compliance requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Essential
Experience working with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Experience in preventative maintenance planning and scheduling
Practical maintenance planning and maintenance delivery experience
Experience preparing and maintaining maintenance plans and reports
Ability to interpret technical equipment documentation and manufacturer recommendations
Strong analytical, reporting and organisational skills
Knowledge of maintenance and asset management principles
Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate as required
Highly Regarded
Trade qualification with significant post-trade experience
Experience with ISO 55000 / ISO 55001 asset management systems
Experience delivering CMMS training to operational personnel
Experience in remote or regional operational environments
Experience maintaining fixed plant assets and infrastructure
