We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the governance and delivery of a program of critical IT initiatives across the business. You'll manage multiple concurrent, interdependent projects, keeping delivery on-time, on-budget, aligned to business priorities, and to a high standard. This is a 18mth contract to commence with, with potential for permanent.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of a portfolio of IT initiatives spanning the consolidation and integration of business systems, data, infrastructure and cyber, ensuring work is well-sequenced and aligned to business priorities
Manage cross-project dependencies, balancing timelines, resources and business readiness to minimise disruption
Oversee end-to-end delivery from planning through to implementation, go-live and transition to operations
Establish and operate project governance, providing clear and consistent reporting across schedule, budget, risks and dependencies
Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, acting as the escalation point and supporting decision-making through trade-offs and impact analysis
Engage and align stakeholders across the business and with external vendors to drive outcomes and resolve issues
Lead and coordinate delivery resources, including internal teams, SMEs and partners, to ensure effective execution across all workstreams
Coordinate change and business readiness activities to support successful adoption and stabilisation following go-live
About You
You are a Senior delivery leader with proven experience managing complex, multi-stream IT projects and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments.
Essential
Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving multiple interdependent systems or IT platform consolidation
Strong capability in managing multiple concurrent projects and interdependencies
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, governance and reporting
Experience managing vendors, budgets and delivery performance
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Desirable
Experience in large-scale system implementations and organisational change
Experience in engineering, utilities, construction or project-based environments
Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, or Azure ecosystems
