About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Casual Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team.

This is a pivotal support role working closely with the Service & Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day administrative and operational activities. You’ll bring a strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and a willingness to support a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.

This casual role would be ideal for someone who is looking for that work life balance, perhaps has pick up/drop off commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

       Office & Administration Management

  • Assist experienced Administrator in a variety of responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue accurate service and sales quotations
  • Assist with purchase orders and invoice processing in line with company procedures
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation
  • Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately
  • Support monthly reconciliation activities for operational business units
  • Organise in-house events, training sessions and team meetings
  • Support cab charge management and monthly reconciliation
  • Work in a collaborative team as a valued team member

Job Description

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in reception and/or administration roles
  • Previous experience in a reception and/or administration role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)
  • Current driver’s licence

Desirable:

  • Exposure to corporate travel systems
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365
  • Formal qualifications in administration
